Our lab develops skin care, hair care, dental and nutritional products with an expertise in cosmeceuticals (e.g., anti-aging, moisturizing, essential oils, etc.), over-the-counter (OTC) formulations (e.g., hand sanitizer, SPF, acne, muscle analgesics, etc.), and hot-fill food and dietary supplements (e.g., liquid, juice, gel, puree). We offer multiple packaging formats including bottles, tubes, and flexible pouches. Wasatch facilities are FDA-registered and cGMP-certified.

Founded in 1998 by Kevin Casey, Wasatch Product Development's staff includes full-time chemists and formulators with degrees in Biochemistry, Food Science, Exercise Science and Biology. We have decades of collective experience in the personal care and nutritional industries. The company employs over 500 employees working on 19 production lines in two facilities with over 250,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space.
